ACCOUNTING Accounts Payable Coordinator FT Performs a variety of duties to ensure maintenance and execution of the process of accounts payable.  Receives and manages invoice for proper processing of accounts payable. Maintain records and controls to analyze, control, report and budget operating expenses and accounts payable. Works with vendors to resolve invoice billing differences.  Recent accounts payable experience required.  High school diploma required.
ADMITTING Patient Services Representative PT Every other weekend, 3-11pm and every other weekend, 7am-3:30pm.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Prior hospital of physician office work experience in directly communicating and providing service to patients.  Excellent interpersonal and computer skills required.  Meditech experience preferred.
DIETARY SERVICES Dietary Aide Per Diem High school diploma or equivalent.  Prior experience in a healthcare facility is preferred. 
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES Environmental Service Asst. PER DIEM High school diploma or equivalent.  Prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare facility is preferred.
HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES Director FT Manage the daily operations of the HIS Department and the Clinical Data Management Program  inclusive of budget and staff.  Direct and oversee departmental processes to assure compliance with applicable legal/regulatory/JACHO requirements as well as to hospital policies.  Evaluate, recommend and implement changes to facilitate effectiveness in the record keeping process.  Will serve as the hospital Privacy Officer and will be a leader in the ongoing implementation of EMR.  Demonstrated progressive supervisor/management experience in a HIS department required.  Credentials include RHIA and RHIT.   Meditech and EMR experience strongly preferred.
PT/Per Diem Weekday, afternoons.  Creates new medical records and retrieves existing medical records by gathering appropriate record folders and contents.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Basic computer knowledge.  Medical terminology and hospital experience preferred.
HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES Transcriptionist PER DIEM Sundays and to cover for vacations.  On-site transcriptionist.  High school graduate or equivalent.  Certified Medical Transcriptionist preferred.  Minimum on one year transcribing reports for an inpatient setting.
HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES MySite Navigator PT/PER DIEM Assists patients in enrolling the My Site Patient Portal (provides patients with electronic access to their health information on line and on demand).  Run a daily census, track patients that she/he has assisted and ensure the Hospital meets the Meaningful Use requirement.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Associates Degree preferred.  Current or recent work experience in a medical facility, hospital preferred.  Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
HEALTHCARE QUALITY Infection Prevention Manager PT 32 hours, days.  May require occasional off-shift, weekends and on-call requirement.  Will facilitate and coordinate all activities identified in the organization’s infection prevention program.  This position is responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory agency expectations and to respond to current evident-based practices pertaining to Infection Prevention.  MA RN license and Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Microbiology or related science required.  Master’s degree in Nursing, Education or Epidemiology or related field preferred.  Current in or eligible for Certification in Infection Control (CIC). 
HUMAN RESOURCES Human Resources Assistant FT Minimum of one year related work experience, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree required.  Strong customer service, written and oral communications skills are required.  Detailed oriented and superb organizational skills.  Ability to handle frequent interruptions and stay on task.  Experience with Outlook, Excel and Word and the ability to learn new programs.
INTERPRETER SERVICES Interpreter PER DIEM National Certification in Medical Interpretation, Part I or Part II strongly preferred. 2 years interpreter/translation work experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Fluent in English and Haitian Creole
LABORATORY Phlebotomist PT/PER DIEM Part time evenings and Per Diem. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Phlebotomy training program.  Hospital experience preferred.
LABORATORY MT/MLT FT Full Time evenings.  Minimum of two years hospital clinical lab experience required.  Nationally recognized certification, ASCP as a Medical Lab Technician or NCA as a Clinical Laboratory Technician.
PHARMACY Pharmacy Tech PER DIEM Experience preparing a variety of sterile products as well as familiarity with the recent guidelines from the US Pharmacopeia is needed.  Prior hospital pharmacy experience is needed.  PTCB required, certification preferred.
RADIOLOGY Cardiac Sonographer PT Rotating day/early evening shifts may include weekends.  Associates degree and/or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification is required.  At least two years of clinical experience and CPR certification required.  Vascular experience considered an asset.
RADIOLOGY Cat Scan Technologist PT Friday and Saturday night shift, 11pm-7:30am.  Graduate of an accredited Radiologic program and MA license required.  Must have advanced CT certification from ARRT.  Minimum of one year’s experience.  
RADIOLOGY Ultrasound Technologist PT Part Time, evenings.  Must be a graduate of an accredited program in Sonography.  ARDMS required.  RVT preferred. MA license.  3-5 years’ experience vascular and general.    
REHAB SERVICES Occupational Therapist PER DIEM Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a MA license.  1-2 years’  experience preferred.
EMERGENCY Nursing Assistant  PT Part time, days/nights with weekends and holidays.  BLS required.  Acute care experience preferred.
EMERGENCY RN FT/PT Full time and Part Time evenings/nights, weekends and holidays.  PALS, ACLS, BLS and excellent critical care thinking skills required.  ED experience required.  MA license.  BSN preferred.
NURSING FLOAT RN PER DIEM Current MA license.  BSN preferred.  1-2 years acute care experience.
NURSING SUPPORT Transport Aide Per Diem 11am-7pm.  High School diploma or equivalent.  Previous transport aide experience preferred. 
NURSING SUPPORT Nursing Educator PT 3-5  years current medical/surgical experience.  BLS instructor, ACLS and current MA RN license.  BSN required
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH RN PER DIEM Current MA license.  BSN preferred.  3-5 years  experience preferably in Occupational Health. 
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH Secretary FT/PER DIEM Graduate of an Associate Degree program in secretarial or related field plus a minimum of one year related work experience.  Physician office or hospital experience preferred.
OPERATING ROOM Orderly FT Days.  Assists with transporting of patients to and from the OR and moving patients on and off the operating table.  Cleans and assembles the OR after procedures are completed and uses aseptic techniques in the cleaning of all equipment of the OR and the Anesthesia rooms.  High school diploma or equivalent.
SURGICAL SERVICES Nurse Educator FT Five years current Surgical Services  experience.  BSN required.  Current MA license.  BLS, ACLS and current MA license required.
