DEPARTMENT POSITION TITLE HOURS DESCRIPTION
ACCOUNTING Staff Accountant FT Analysis of account reconciliations of detail to control amounts, preparations of supporting documentation, calculations of amounts to support General Ledger Entries, maintenance of supporting ledgers and records.  Analyze, summarize and present data for special assignments, assist in the budge process, coordinate and control a budge variance reporting system.  Perform some accounts payable and payroll related tasks.  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance plus one to two years of current related financial experience.  Proficient in Excel.
ACCOUNTING Accounting Manager FT Manage the General Accounting functions including supervising personnel in Payroll, Accounts Payable and General Ledger; maintaining appropriate controls and ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.  Equivalent to the completion of a Bachelor’s program in Accounting or other related financial field plus three to five years related experience.
ADMITTING Patient Services Representative FT/PT
High school diploma or equivalent.  Prior hospital or physician office work experience in directly communicating and providing service to patients.  Excellent interpersonal skills required.  Meditech experience preferred.
CENTRAL STERILE Supervisor FT Supervises the day to day operations of the Central Sterile processing Departments on all shifts.  Responsible for the Decontamination, Set Assembly/Preparation and Sterilization of all medical equipment, surgical instrumentation and operating room case carts.  High school graduate and graduate of an approved Central Sterile Program.  Minimum three years in Central Sterile and/or Operating Room.  Previous supervisor skills preferred or Lead tech.
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES Environmental Service Asst. PER DIEM High school diploma or equivalent.  Prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare facility is preferred.
HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES Director FT Manage the daily operations of the HIS Department and the Clinical Data Management Program  inclusive of budget and staff.  Direct and oversee departmental processes to assure compliance with applicable legal/regulatory/JACHO requirements as well as to hospital policies.  Evaluate, recommend and implement changes to facilitate effectiveness in the record keeping process.  Will serve as the hospital Privacy Officer and will be a leader in the ongoing implementation of EMR.  Demonstrated progressive supervisor/management experience in a HIS department required.  Credentials include RHIA and RHIT.   Meditech and EMR experience strongly preferred.
HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES Lead Coder FT Apply the appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes to assigned inpatient, outpatient, and surgical day care and observation records for data collection, reporting and reimbursement purposes.  Coordinate workflow and validate coding accuracy of coding office staff/vendors.  High school graduate and completion of a coding certificate program.  3-4 years’ experience in an acute care hospital.  RHIA, RHIT, CCS, and CCS-P certification status preferred.
HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES File Clerk
PT/Per Diem Weekday, afternoons.  Creates new medical records and retrieves existing medical records by gathering appropriate record folders and contents.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Basic computer knowledge.  Medical terminology and hospital experience preferred.
HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES Coder FT Minimum of a 2 year degree in a coding accredited program, to include medical terminology, anatomy/physiology, disease processes, prospective payment system, ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding systems.  Minimum of 1-2 years coding experience in an acute care hospital setting.  CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, RHIA preferred.  ICD-10 certification strongly preferred. 
INTERPRETER SERVICES Interpreter PER DIEM National Certification in Medical Interpretation, Part I or Part II strongly preferred.  2 years interpreter/translation work experience in a healthcare setting preferred.  Fluent in English, Spanish and Vietnamese languages.
LABORATORY MT/MLT PT Evenings.  Minimum of two years hospital clinical lab experience required. Nationally recognized certification, ASCP as a Medical Lab Technician or NCA as a Clinical Laboratory Technician.
PHARMACY Pharmacist PT Evenings.  MA RPH required.  Prior hospital pharmacy experience and knowledge of Meditech and Pyxsis preferred
RADIOLOGY Ultrasound Technologist FT/PT Full Time & Part Time, evenings.  Must be a graduate of an accredited program in Sonography.  ARDMS required.  RVT preferred. MA license.  3-5 years experience vascular and general.  
RADIOLOGY Cardiac Sonographer PT Rotating day/early evening shifts may include weekends.  Associates degree and/or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification is required.  At least two years of clinical experience and CPR certification required.  Vascular experience considered an asset.
RADIOLOGY Cat Scan Technologist PT Friday and Saturday night shift, 11pm-7:30am.  Graduate of an accredited Radiologic program and MA license required.  Must have advanced CT certification from ARRT.  Minimum of one year’s experience.  
NURSING DEPARTMENT
(BOTH EIGHT AND TWELVE HOUR SHIFTS AVAILABLE)
IN ADDITION TO THE POSITIONS LISTED BELOW, THERE ARE OFTEN PER DIEM OPPORTUNITIES IN EACH NURSING DEPARTMENT:
MED/SURG, TELEMETRY, ICU, OR, ED, and PACU.

EMERGENCY RN FT/Per Diem Full time evenings/nights, weekends and holidays.  PALS, ACLS, BLS and excellent critical care thinking skills required.  ED experience required.  MA license.  BSN preferred.
ENDOSCOPY  Nurse Manager
 FT Identify goals to be achieved to improve the quality of patient care and to promote staff development.  BSN required.  5 years Endoscopy experience.  Previous supervisory experience preferred.  Proficiency in Word and Excel. MA license.
ICU RN FT/PT/PER DIEM Full Time Nights, Part time days with rotation .  Three years ICU experience and BSN preferred.  MA license and ACLS required.
NURSING FLOAT RN PER DIEM Current MA license.  BSN preferred.  1-2 years acute care experience.
NURSING SUPPORT Transport Aide FT/PT 11am-7pm.  High School diploma or equivalent.  Previous transport aide experience preferred. 
NURSING SUPPORT Assistant Nurse Manager FT Five years current Medical/Surgical experience.  BSN preferred.  BLS, ACLS and MA license required.
NURSING SUPPORT Nursing Supervisor PT 7am – 7pm every other weekend with holiday rotation.  MA license.  BSN preferred. 
NURSING SUPPORT Nursing Educator FT Five years of acute care nursing experience.  BLS or ACLS Instructor preferred.  Current MA RN license.  BSN preferred
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH RN PER DIEM Current MA license.  BSN preferred.  3-5 years  experience preferably in Occupational Health. 
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH Secretary FT Graduate of an Associate Degree program in secretarial or related field plus a minimum of one year related work experience.  Physician office or hospital experience preferred.
OPERATING ROOM Orderly FT Days.  Assists with transporting of patients to and from the OR and moving patients on and off the operating table.  Cleans and assembles the OR after procedures are completed and uses aseptic techniques in the cleaning of all equipment of the OR and the Anesthesia rooms.  High school diploma or equivalent.
PACU RN PT Part time positions available for experienced PACU Registered Nurses.  Weekdays, with variable shifts and on-call rotation for nights, weekends and holidays.  Critical care experience preferred. Current MA license, ACLS   & PALS required.   BSN preferred.
