Doris A. Sinkevich, Interim Chief Executive Officer

Doris A. Sinkevich presently serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Sinkevich became the Vice President of Patient Care and Quality/Chief Nursing Officer beginning in 2009, followed by being appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer in early 2012. Ms. Sinkevich has held positions as COO and CNO in various acute care and behavioral health organizations in Massachusetts for over 25 years. In addition, she has worked as a consultant and interim executive in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont. She was among the first group nationally to become Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP), a rigorous leadership certification process developed by the American Organization of Nurse Executives. She received a bachelor of science in nursing and masters in nursing administration from Boston University School of Nursing.

 

Jason Radzevich, Chief Financial Officer

Jason Radzevich, Chief Financial Officer, brings over 17 years of financial experience to Milton, most recently serving as the hospital’s Vice President of Finance. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA and his Masters of Business Administration from Curry College in Milton, MA. He is a Certified Public Accountant and was formerly employed by Boston Medical Center, in addition to several public accounting firms including KPMG.

 

Ashley Yeats, MD, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Yeats joined BID-Milton in July 2010 as Associate Chief of Emergency Medicine.  Previously, he served as an Emergency Department physician at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital for 11 years.  Before practicing Emergency Medicine at Faulkner, Dr. Yeats held positions at Cambridge Health Alliance and in several systems in Canada.  Dr. Yeats earned his medical degree from the University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario, and completed a combined residency in family medicine and emergency medicine at the University of Ottowa, Ontario.  He is board certified in both emergency medicine and family practice.

 

Lynn Cronin, MSN, RN, CNL, Interim Chief Nursing Officer

Lynn Cronin joined BID-Milton (then Milton Hospital) in 1987, and has held nursing positions throughout the hospital during her career.  A native of the United Kingdom, Lynn worked as a midwife in the UK before coming to the US.  She earned both her BSN and MSN at Curry College, Milton.  Prior to serving as the Interim Chief Nursing Officer, Ms. Cronin has held leadership positions including Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, Nursing Supervisor, and Director of Informatics.

 

M. Kathleen Harrington, Vice President of Human Resources

Kathleen Harrington has held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at BID-Milton since 1996 and previously held the position of assistant director within the Human Resources department. She is an officer on the Board of Trustees for the Massachusetts Healthcare Workers’ Compensation Self Insurance Group and is a member of the New England Human Resources Association. Ms. Harrington received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Certification in Secondary Education from the University of Massachusetts (Boston) and a certificate in pension plan administration from Bentley College. 

 

Cynthia Page, Vice President of Clinical and Support Services

In addition to her position as Vice President of Clinical and Support Services, Cynthia Page has held the positions of Assistant Vice President of Clinical Services and Director of Occupational Health and Rehabilitation Services. From 1989 through 1996, Ms. Page held various positions within the Rehabilitation Services Department at Milton Hospital, including Director of Rehabilitation Services and Clinical Supervisor. In 2001, she received her Masters in Health Professions from Northeastern University. She is a member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents Health Care Service Board and the Workers Compensation Research Institute (WCRI) CompScope Advisory Committee for Massachusetts. In addition, she presently serves as BID-Milton's Safety Officer.
