Where is my data before October 1, 2018?

The ORIGINAL MySite is still active with your old username and password, and contains your health data before October 1, 2018. You can access it at: https://mysite.bidmilton.org/

I have a question regarding my clinical data or discharge information displayed on MySite. What should I do?

Our clinical teams change every day and may not be available anymore. Please contact your primary care doctor with any follow-up questions.

My health information appears incorrect. What should I do?

The information displayed on the MySite Patient Portal is only as current as your most recent visit to the hospital. It will be updated if you are a patient in the Emergency Department or are an Inpatient at the hospital.

If you would like to correct the information contained in your medical record, we ask that you submit a Medical Record Amendment form which we will then review with our clinical team. Please contact the Medical Records Department listed above if you would like to proceed with this process.

I was at the hospital today. Why can’t I see my results yet?

There may sometimes be a delay between the time the test is completed and the time the result is available to view. This delay may allow your treatment team to confirm the results and discuss them directly with you. Some tests are not available to be viewed online, as listed in our Terms and Conditions located on the Patient Portal website.

How do I request a copy of my medical records?

Complete the Authorization for Disclosure of Privileged Information Form, and return to the BID-Milton Medical Records Department at:

How do I find my medical record number?

You can find your medical record number in your discharge paperwork, or you should contact the Medical Records Department listed above.

How do I pay my bill online?

When you log into your MySite account, the front page contains a section of Important Links that includes a link to your hospital’s “Bill Pay” website.
